Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 October 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Rkiving Store (“we”, “us”) collects on https://rkivingstore.com, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Account details: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, delivery address and district, and a password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form).
Order details: the items you order, bids you place, invoices, and the bKash, bank or Bangla QR transaction details you send us as proof of payment.
Sign in with Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
Reviews and messages: anything you write in a review or send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email.
Technical data: basic information such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and to limit repeated sign-up attempts.

Why we collect it and how we use it

To create your account, let you log in, and confirm your WhatsApp number.
To process your orders, advance payments, auction wins and shipping invoices.
To contact you about your order: invoices, payment reminders, arrival and delivery updates.
To deliver your parcel.
To prevent fraud, misuse and fake sign-ups.
To show reviews you chose to submit, after we approve them.

Emails

We send invoices and order updates by email. To make sure these emails reach you, we send them through our own Google (Gmail) account using a mail plugin on this site. This connection is used only to send emails from Rkiving Store. It does not give us, or anyone else, access to your mailbox.

Who we share it with

Delivery partner: we share your name, phone number and delivery address with our courier (Steadfast) so they can deliver your parcel.
Service providers: our website host, our email sending service (Google) and, if you choose Google sign-in, Google, only as needed to run the store.
Legal reasons: if the law requires us to share information with authorities.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google is limited to signing you in and creating your account. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other parties, except to run the store as described above. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Payments

You pay through bKash, bank transfer or Bangla QR. We only keep the transaction details you send us. We never see or store your bKash PIN, card numbers or bank passwords.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and keep the site secure. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to log in or check out without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details while your account is open. We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, delivery, complaints and legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Security

We protect your information with passwords, secure connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access. No online service is completely risk-free, so please keep your password private.

Your choices and rights

You can see and update your name, address and contact details from your account page. You can ask us at any time to correct your information, send you a copy, or delete your account and personal data, by contacting us below. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it. If you used Google sign-in, you can also remove this site’s access from your Google Account settings.

Children

Our store is meant for adults and for teens ordering with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
