Read this once and you know how everything works here.

How to order

  1. Make an account. Continue with Google, or sign up with your name, WhatsApp number, email and a password. You need an account to order or bid. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm your number.
  2. Pick your item. Onhand items are already with us. Preorders are ordered from the official shop after your advance. POB preorders include the shop's bonus (preorder benefit) until the closing time shown on the item, then become regular preorders.
  3. Or bid. In an auction the highest bid when the timer ends wins. A bid is a promise to buy, and each new bid must beat the highest by the minimum raise shown on the item.
  4. Pay, wait, pay the rest. Details below. We bring it home and send you the final invoice when it arrives.

Paying

  • Advance: 50% confirms your order, or pay in full. Some items need full payment, and the item says so.
  • The rest: pay early from your order page (up to two parts), or when the item arrives.
  • Methods: bKash (a 1.85% fee is added), bank transfer or Bangla QR. Send the amount, then enter the transaction ID and upload a picture of your receipt at checkout. Account details are on Payment Methods.
  • Cash on delivery is only for the balance after arrival, never the advance. A 1% fee applies.
  • Wallet and gift cards: top up your wallet or buy a gift card in My account > Wallet. Wallet money is used automatically at checkout, and the rest is paid with bKash, bank or QR. Gift card codes work once. Wallet money is for shopping here and is not paid out as cash.
  • Late payment: Please pay your arrival invoice (balance and shipping) within 10 days.

Shipping fees

Shipping has three parts. Unless an item says "shipping included", we add it after the item arrives and send you an updated invoice.

  1. Seller to our overseas warehouse: usually 300 BDT.
  2. Overseas warehouse to Bangladesh is charged by weight (weight charge, WC) per gram: South Korea 1.8 BDT, Japan 2.5, Thailand 2.5, Malaysia 1.4, China 1.3. Photocards are light, so usually 30 to 100 BDT.
  3. Our Bangladesh warehouse to your door: inside Dhaka 70 BDT, Dhaka suburban areas 100, outside Dhaka 120.
Personal checkout service

We can buy from any of these countries for you. Extra bank and international fees apply, so buying several items from one seller, or sharing a purchase, lowers your share. Checkout fee (included in the price unless stated): South Korea 280 BDT, Malaysia 240, Japan 120. Packaging 50 BDT if needed.

Delivery & tracking

We normally deliver within 2 months. Delays can happen because of holidays or airport mismanagement. Rush delivery is not available. We deliver with Steadfast.

Each item has its own status, because items do not always travel together: not shipped yet, on the way to the overseas warehouse, at Bangladesh airport customs, arrived, shipping fee being added, handed to Steadfast.

Once an item reaches Bangladesh you can hold it for up to 14 days, once, to ship it together with a newer order.

Cancel, refund & damage

  • Cancelling: Once your advance is paid, your order cannot be cancelled by you, for any reason. Your advance goes to the shop straight away.
  • Full refund if the item sells out, or the shop cancels it or cannot supply it. Refunds go back through the method you paid with, or another we agree on.
  • Damage: record a full, unedited unboxing video when you open the parcel. No complaint is accepted without it, and any claim is void 24 hours after the scheduled delivery. Please tell anyone who receives your parcel.
  • Boxes: the shops we buy from give no exchange or refund for outer box damage. We try to order extra copies and send only perfect to mid condition items.
  • Photocards from resellers are mostly pre-loved (8/10 to 9/10), so minor scratches are not accepted for complaints. We tell you about major defects beforehand.
  • Official: everything comes from authorized shops. Shop photos may differ slightly from what arrives.
